Higher Ground offers a weekly Hatha Yoga practice for people living with HIV / AIDS.
If possible, please bring a yoga mat and blanket. A limited number of mats are available
for your use. There is a suggested donation of $5 per practice
– but don't let a lack of funds stop you from attending. We look for the healing in everyone and everything.

Our practice is lead by a skilled volunteer instructor who allows everyone – from
beginners to the more experienced – to benefit from a sometimes challenging, but
always rejuvenating experience.
